Question: Can you ban my account please?

Answer: No. This is one of the most ridiculous questions we get asked. If you find yourself so easily distracted from work that you are always posting here and not doing whatever it is that you are supposed to be doing, that really is your problem, not ours.

If you feel that asking to be banned is the only answer then you should be taking a serious look at getting yourself organised, because for most of us life requires a certain degree of self-control. If you think that your cause is really so hopeless that you need self-imposed exile and you don't have the will-power to just not visit this site, just change your account password to something that you can't remember. Then change your e-mail address to something that doesn't exist, so you cannot retrieve your password. However, do not expect us go out of our way to give you back control of your account if you later have a change of heart.

Finally, asking to be banned is stupid because if you are really that unable to stop posting then you will just create a new account, so what's the point? Either you choose to post here or not, but don't ask us to decide for you.
