Answer: The flood control may prevent you editing your posts sooner than 60 seconds after you have submitted them because of the way the forum software works; editing posts is treated like making a new post. Admittedly this is not ideal, however, the simple way to avoid this problem is to preview your post to make sure it is correct before you submit it.
