Why donate to the Politics Forum?

The Politics Forum is provided to users for free but costs a lot of money to run due to the large size of the forum. The annual bill for our web hosting runs into the thousands of dollars a year. Your donation will help to pay for our web-server hardware, software and support.

Important: Donations are completely non-refundable. Donations do not provide any exemption from the forum rules and terms of use. Donations do not provide any ownership of Politics Forum or shares in Politics Forum.

There is a private forum for donating members, with access granted* for one calender month per $5 contribution or one year for a $50 contribution. Please make sure you mention your user-name in your donation if you wish to have access to this forum. You will not have access if you do not include your user-name.

*Subject to the forum rules and terms of use. Access will usually be granted within 24 hours but may take longer. You may e-mail the webmaster if you are waiting longer than 24 hours. If the webmaster is away or for some other reason access is not granted on the day of your donation, access will be timed from the date it is first granted, not from the original date of the donation.
