Recall in November 2019, the lawsuits against GirlsDoPorn. The women alleged that via coercion and fraud, they were misled into doing porn.
Some were told that the film would not leave the country. Others were told it was a modeling contract and not pornography. Still others were told they'd be paid a certain amount, yet were paid a different amount.
And now we have this.

Czech Casting is facing similar charges of coercion and fraud.
Among the many discussions I've seen on the topic, opinions generally fall under two categories. The first, argues these women have no case and must face the consequences for their actions. The second, argues these women have the right to destroy these companies and take down all copies of the videos.
Who is right? Who is wrong?
Should regretful women be allowed to sue and bankrupt adult film companies?
