To be fair Andrew Jackson just had a grudge against the head of the second bank. He didn't care about big capital or anything fancy like that.

IIRC, SF has stated that it is only necromancy if the thread both died more than a year ago and is not on the first page of the subforum. The first condition was not met in this instance.
