I wouldn't mind a Communist party in my country's parliament.

As long as they don't institute a one-party government of course.

-I´m for the participation. The party must use all possible means of political struggle.

I am for a participation in the parliament, we could say it is a duty to help "blocking" the wrong laws: very often, i hear that in our parliament the right tried to pass a law, that the socialists/greens voted against but that the communist party abstained. That's not a good thing.

It's true that the communist party usually aren't enough to pass the good laws, and when they have a chance they are even sometimes blocked by the other left parties, but if they can't make significant progresses it is important to limit the damages.

I'm against it. Usually a Party loses its revolutionary heritage when it takes part in a parliment and is flooded with moderates, colalitions also come into play furthering the watering down of the theory.
I support Socialists (socio-economic ones) in parliment though.

Legality is the bane of revolutionary activity. Parliaments would only restrict the politics of Communism. The movement would have to make its demands fit what authority dictates.

Communists must and will fight for the rights of the working class on all fronts. And so to parlematarily. That's the way we do it in Holland. Of course we realise that the change of a revolution through parliament is smaller than tiny but we have the possibility... use it.
