I wish I were in your place....

I would ask if they would prefer to live in the old USSR or in the new Ukraine....if any of them lived through the USSR or not (what grades are these??)

They dont teach Soviet History in Ukrainian Schools so it depends on the parents of the student:

Student A will say: OH Soviet Union killed all our people and sent them to jail... my parents know!! they are in the Nashe Ukraine Party!!

Student B will say: Yes life was good... especially in the Brezhnev years. ( a small percentage will actually have a concept of what communism is and give a better answer)

Student C will say: Oh I dont really know, I want to go to the USA.

If you really want to do society a favor ask them about things they cant follow propaganda lines... ask comparisons of things like education and health in comparison to the USSR... also ask the current situation of the pensioneers (this will be a good one)

Then if they are from Kiev instruct them to go to:

Vandi vassilivska 7, second floor
(metro politichnichni institute)
at 6pm on mondays for a Leftiest movie club

Ask them what they think about the possibility of the real story behind the "Collapse of Communism" being a covert Leninist operation in order to ensure the global victory of communism and trigger the "Second October Revolution" - the logicality behind this being a sophistcated model of deceptive socialism, signed into existence under Khrushchev in 1960, designed to lull the West into a flase sense of sleep leading to its ultimate conquest.

You should ideally make reference of the KGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn and point out that today's world events hold an absolute connectedness to Golitsyn's first-hand knowledge and post-1989 predictions.

You should also mention that attack of September 11th and the situations in Iraq, Korea, and Taiwan today, are all intertwined in "The Final Phase".
