Abstract: A new individualist dwelling system which --
physically imposes, albeit rotatably*, the law "n is company, m is a crowd", where n is lesser than m (a development on the ancient "2 is company, three is a crowd" adage) by arranging individualist dwellings in a regular circular matrix and increasing inter-dwelling distance to 18 meters**.
Injects Fukuokan food forests (quantitatively) and various conveniences (qualitatively) in inter-dwelling and intra-dwelling space.
* As in the small dwellings can be moved about (with help of a centrally-rentable manual crane) within a matrix of similar dwellings.
** Distance found by calculating total arable land in the world divided by total no. of people in the world
-- in order to reduce RQ-linked depression and dementia.
How does this new system differ from Marxism? Very greatly. Even in "ideal Marxism", the fundamental unit of society is poorly-defined. Moreover, the Marxist doctrine provided for a large government, which would "whither away eventually" and, until then, dominate society -- whereas this system is similar to the Vainakh system, in the sense that it divides civilization into Units, which are each largely self-governing:

In the Vainakh system, “Individuals are united in family groups called “Tsa” – house. Several Tsas are part of the “Nekh” – road; a group of Nekhs is in turn a Teip. All such social structures bore responsibility and respect for law and order. If a problem is not solved in the Tsa, or Nekh, or Teip councils, it could move to Tukkhum counsil, and further even to Mekhk-Khel, the People’s Council, which addressed issues of national scale. Representatives of this Council were elected by each Tukkhum Counsil, and had an enormous influence on the destiny of the people"
