I remember some-one giving a talk at Conway Hall some time ago regarding Socialism. His name was Stan Parker and he had written a book called “Towards 2100 from Capitalism to Socialism”.
He mentioned in (his) Socialist world that every thing would be free, which I thought was very interesting and probably came to that same philosophical question? and may be many others why isn’t everything free? That would only be possible in a commonly-held world with absolute abundance. So, the higher phase of communism.

Otherwise 'just make everything free' isn't socialist, but it is completely short-sighted, and a path to ruin. It's also basically just extreme left-liberalism, as it has been said. Why not be a Marxist?

Also, Heisenberg and J. Oswald are left wing.

Stuff in the wild isn't actually free, requiring energy to make, it's just basically done by 'labor' that isn't ours (so we don't have to pay it, feed it, or otherwise put resources and energy into), so it's 'free'. But still scarce.

Will your party be revolutionary and will you be willing to recruit a guerilla army to gain power and enact your goals for society, or are you planning to change the system by attracting voters? This is an important distinction. Also, what economic management experience do you have to bring to the table which would make you qualified to manage a centralized, sparkles and unicorns style liberal/socialist utopia?

An example of free (modern-day) labour.

A modern combine harvester can do the work of 200 people, can rake the soil, plant seeds, harvest and shred the wheat and can work 24hrs even without the need of a Farmer to drive it in order to put food on the table for the masses.
Car Factories are using more Robots and like the farmer workers can just become a hindrance and get in the way of things.
Large Machines are used to dig ore instead of using men with pick axe & shovel and convert the ore to steel to make something useful
like a tin car to go to A to Z.
Some Supermarkets in the US have brought Robots like the Japanese Robot Asimov to do the mundane human jobs like filling in food selves? Again they can work 24hrs, with No complaining and No on going salary fees.

An example of (past-day) free work.

Farmers use to use the free wind to grand wheat in windmills to make flour to put bread on peoples table.
Factory owners used the free force of water to power there tools in mills (Just like modern day hydroelectric power stations)
Sailing ships used the free wind to go too far off destinations and back.
People living in the wild still pick free food to eat like wild animals here in the UK.

The first Law "The Left-wing party" cannot be Hierarchical.
A voted chairman on the day would be selected to provide order of public representatives of public life concerns.
A proposal would have to be made to the correct public body regarding the Law in forming political parties in the UK and for allowing the Left-wing political party to no longer have a mandatory hierarchical leader. (Plus making it hard for a programmed Right-wing Hi-jacking)

People with many years of public service, trusted and respected by their fellow workers to represent them and public interest would be seated in the UK House of Commons E.g: Education, Health Care, The Arts, Housing, Industry, Commerce, Science & Technology Transport, Police, Military, Law, Social Services etc.

I have two serious issues with this. Firstly, there is no talk of providing cheap alcohol to the working class, like gin. Alcohol is a major component of social gatherings, and gin should be made available cheaply to the people.

Second, I also see nothing about simplifying the language. The language should reflect the ideological sentiments of the people, and thus the Party. It should be a tool or a vessel for a revolutionary spirit, not mired in old ways of speaking, but new ways of speaking.

I don't think that the majority of right wingers on this forum would agree with your list of right wing characteristics. Neither do we leftists share your left-liberal vision. It's always wrong to use such checklist-like parameters in order to define an ideology or political movement. The list also suffers from its naive pro-left bias which ultimately makes this supposed left look stupid and utopian.

No established conservative party would agree with this. To the contrary, reactionaries love to use human rights as pretext for exporting democracy or making propaganda against (former) socialist countries. Of course fascists deny human rights but not the liberal-capitalist kind of right that you mostly describe.

In Germany for example the welfare state is more or less incorporated from the start, by constitution. It doesn't matter if right wing or left wing government is in power, the welfare state is always there. Also, a real marxist left wouldn't aim for a social-democratic welfare state but actual socialism.

Freedom from religion? I love my religion and I want to keep it. Call it freedom of religion at least.
