Thanks mate. For some reason I can't upload a photo to the avatar section, I can only upload it from a website. Any ideas about what to do there?

Just copy the URL of the image I posted and put it into the avatar field in your user control panel. It's already been uploaded to photobucket for those purposes and you can get an account there or just use the PoFo shared account if you want to host it there yourself.

My avatar is keep getting removed even though I'm using black and white picture of a person 100x100 pixels, why is that ?

It looks like an issue with the host you are using. I tried to open the link to the image but I got an error screen. You could try using another host such as imgur or photobucket.
