Can someone with photoshopFu help me make a new SiG? I tried to figure out how to do it myself with free editors but I can't hack it.
The whole thing is a blue background.
In the middle is a symbol based loosely on this.

The triangle replaced by an american flag trifold, the circle is the stars from the EU flag, and the doodle in the middle is the nato symbol.
On one side is a gear and on the other side a chaos star.
I feel like it might look too messy though.
