Ok i have a sig in mind but paint cant do crap with words even close to what im trying to get alls i can do is import pictures and change size with it..any one help me out with a sig or a suggested program i can get or barrow from a friend?

forget it the stupid page is to wierd it doesnt have anything that says dl here forget it i will just go no sig unless i can find away to dl or another program cuase that is not even made for windows which is anoying i tried my paint prgram lol didnt get results or tools i need'd....any other program or help i can get

I use Paintshop Pro when designing logo's and other graphical work.
Yeah I know it is capitalistic but did I aquire it legally? NO!
I did try the gIMP a great software, just a bit to messy for me.
