I don't blame you for going on the attack when you can't address the points I made that are making you uncomfortable. Don't worry about it. I'm sure you'll convince yourself that your lack of an civil/reasonable response was somehow proper and made you look like an intellectual among your peers.

You didn't make any points, you posted a list composed of stereotypes that was assembled to use the word "fascist" as a stick to beat George Bush with, and a war-time quote from Franklin D. Roosevelt (this may come as a shock to you, but all politicians spread lies about the enemy in times of war. The Why We Fight series of propaganda films was just as dishonest as Nazi propaganda). Fascism will not be able to thrive in any couuntry today. I am referring to the Hitlerite kind of fascism. But communist totalitarianism which is as worse as fascism will thrive. Why? The world is divided into halves. One half communist. One half capitalist. One reason why Jesus Christ whose vineyard in Spain thrives declared: "Our bitterest enemy is our communist (or socialist fascists) or terrorist household membe"r, the Allah-saved Arabs included and alluded. Look at Italy where the seat of the Kingdom of God is or where the Vatican resides. In the 1970s the Communist Party of Italy almost dominated the Parliament. This only meant that half of the Italian population are one's own bitterest enemy inside his/her household.

Hmmm.... I've just read Matthew 10:16-34 several times, and I can't seem to find the bit where Jesus says, "Our bitterest enemy is our communist (or socialist fascists) or terrorist household member".

I've heard this argument before, including in Tom Clancy's The Sum of All Fears (the movie), that "modern history revolves around communism and capitalism, and fascism is just a hiccup."

Fascism is just an alternative. It always has been. From any point of view: economic third positionism, spiritualism-materialism. It's an alternative because it's a unique ideology on the modern spectrum. It returns to feudal values such as chivalry, honor, pride, war, as an effort to save a degenerated species and nation. It's counter-progressive from this point of view, because it is anti-democratic, and therefore alone on the spectrum (the far-left still upholds its own form of "democracy"). You'll find no other warrior ideology on the spectrum because none exists.

As the world becomes more entrenched in comfort-liberalism, the two historical opposites of capitalism and communism will become increasingly irrelevant because they don't approach the emotional/spiritual human being.

I tend to regard fascism as largely the antithesis of the feudal or medieval mentality. The latter was religious, otherworldly and politically fragmented. I see it as a return to the ancient not medieval mentality--conquest, empire building, looking up to great men not myths.

I get three things from this post. 1) You are trolling to mock right-wing Christians who equate Christianity with capitalism. 2) You personally equate those right-wing Christians with fascism (nothing could be further from the truth). 3) English is not your first language.
