I hate using wiki here, but there don't seem to be any other complete sources on the party's platform. Even its leaders and ideology are hard to research.

In any case, the party existed in post-colonial Vietnam but before the Vietnam War, and it was eliminated from seeming incoherent as a big tent party. It tried to bring everyone together, but people didn't really know what it stood for, partially due to the lack of transparency. This is despite how successful it was in getting things done and getting people involved.

What's strange about the party's situation though is how it was removed from power, and how that removal sparked the Vietnam War. It was the Americans who didn't trust the party in power, and pursued two coup attempts. The second succeeded while coinciding with Buddhist monks including the famous self-immolation of Thich Quang Duc...

...but the reality is Duc's protest was in vain.

The party actually made substantial efforts to improve infrastructure, social services, and land reform. The fact is Vietnamese society was far better off, and this is despite how its leader, Ngo Dinh Diem was an anti-communist, especially in light of his suspecting views on supposedly non-aligned India. The Americans would seem to be totally shooting themselves in the foot by launching a coup against him. They created needless chaos by disrupting a social order that favored them if anything...
