Michael Avenatti arrested for domestic violence and released without charge.
There are reports that Jacob Wohl, aka Surefire, were involved.

I get the feeling, but still...

Michael Avenatti

@MichaelAvenatti
First Mueller and now me. When we are fully exonerated I am coming for you Jacob Wohl aka Surefire.

Mike Avenatti blames Jacob Wohl for his domestic violence arrest

Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti, who was busted in LA for domestic violence, has blamed his arrest on far-right conspiracy theorist Jacob Wohl.

“First Mueller and now me,” he posted. “When we are fully exonerated I am coming for you Jacob Wohl aka Surefire.”

Wohl, a self-described “Trumpenomics expert” and conspiracy peddler, was implicated in a scheme of making false sexual misconduct accusations against special counsel Robert Mueller late last month, NBC reported.

The scheme — now referred to the FBI — called for Wohl to bring forward women with misconduct allegations against Mueller. Those allegations were brought forward through an intel agency called Surefire Intelligence, according to the report.

“Surefire Intelligence strikes again,” the agency posted to Twitter Wednesday after the news of Avenatti’s arrest came out.

In a series of tweets Thursday, Wohl sharply denied Avenatti’s charges.

“Michael Avenatti seems to believe that I am responsible for him raising his hand to a woman,” he wrote. “I am not. Will he release the pictures of his battered victim?”

“I take Michael Avenatti’s threat very seriously,” he added. “He has been reported to law enforcement.”

In a third tweet, Wohl said he had filed a police report against Avenatti.

“Thank you to the brave men and women of law enforcement!” he wrote.

Avenatti was arrested on Wednesday on accusations that he attacked a woman at a Los Angeles apartment, leaving her face “swollen and bruised.”

He was booked on a felony domestic violence charge — and bail was set at $50,000. He was released later Wednesday.

In a Wednesday statement, he fought back against the allegations.

“I wish to thank the hard working men and women of the LAPD for their professionalism they were only doing their jobs in light of the completely bogus allegations against me,” he said in a statement.

“I have never been physically abusive in my life nor was I last night. Any accusations to the contrary are fabricated and meant to do harm to my reputation. I look forward to being fully exonerated.”

“I want to be clear: I DID NOT commit domestic violence nor have I ever committed domestic violence,” he posted to Twitter. “I did not strike any woman nor have I ever. I did not strike my ex-wife in the face nor did I hit anyone else in the face. I am a decent man & I look forward to being exonerated.”

In a statement issued to New York Magazine, Stormy Daniels defended her attorney — with a caveat.

“These are serious and obviously very troubling allegations, but right now, that is all they are: allegations,” she said. “We should all reserve judgment until the investigation — an investigation Michael has said he welcomes — is complete, and that’s what I’m going to do.”

“But of course I do not condone violence against women and if these allegations prove true, I will be seeking new representation,” she added.

Progressive doctrine dictates that I have to believe all women. I believe her!

This guy is misogynist pig and I can not believe Stormy Daniels does not believe the victim!

They are undoing decades of progress that has been made!

Drama continues.

Tmz wrote:Our sources say the alleged incident occurred Tuesday night, but there was another confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A.

We're told Wednesday afternoon the woman was on the sidewalk on her cellphone with sunglasses covering her eyes, sobbing and screaming on the phone, "I can't believe you did this to me. I'm going to get a restraining order against you."

We're told security brought her inside the building, took her upstairs and Michael showed up 5 minutes later and ran into the building. He screamed repeatedly, "She hit me first." We're told he angrily added, "This is bulls***, this is f***ing bulls***." We're told he tried getting into the elevator but security denied him access.

Cops showed up and escorted Avenatti into a corner of the apartment lobby and spoke with him for 5 to 10 minutes and then took him into custody.

A law enforcement source says on Tuesday, Avenatti "kicked her out of the apartment" and that's when the alleged domestic violence occurred. We're told she went back to the apartment on Wednesday to retrieve her belongings and called police to stand by in case things got heated.

I'm not going to engage in speculation and will wait for due process that he deserves. The bigger picture is, Avenatti is a lawyer who claims to have big political aspirations and the darling of certain media networks, who for years have clearly engaged in a narrative that has made sweeping conclusion without regard to due process against a particular public official . I hardly have judgement or blame the reactions.

Apparently there has been other reports of domestic abuse prior to this.

Michael Avenatti allegedly dragged his actress girlfriend out of bed and called her an “ungrateful f–king bitch” during a recent spat over money, according to a report Tuesday.

Mareli Miniutti claims she was injured in the brawl last Tuesday with her boyfriend Avenatti, whom she’d been living with in Los Angeles since January.

The lawyer is accused of smacking Miniutti in the face with pillows and yanking her out of bed by the “wrist of my right arm,” according to her declaration filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by The Blast.

Avenatti had also warned her “do not disrespect me” and told her she couldn’t sleep at his place that night, the document says.

The Estonia native tried texting a pal for help — but claims the fuming lawyer snatched her phone away. He then allegedly pulled her out of bed by her arm and dragged her across the floor through the apartment and out the front door into a hallway.

Minuitti, who was only wearing her underwear at the time, claims she suffered scratches to her back and red marks on her legs.

Photos of the alleged injuries were included with her declaration.

She began ringing a neighbor’s doorbell for help but Avenatti pulled her back into the apartment, the court documents say. After putting on pants and bolting for an elevator, Avenatti allegedly begged her, “Don’t do this, Mareli. Don’t involve them.”

Miniutti reported the alleged assault to security and then had a friend pick her up. She called police only after noticing the red marks at the pal’s house.

The lawyer was arrested on a felony domestic violence charge but not officially charged with a crime.

It wasn’t the first time Avenatti has exploded in a fit of rage, according to the actress, who had a bit part in “Ocean’s 8.”

In February, she claims, he shoved her into the apartment building hallway, causing her to smack her head, and then chucked her shoes at her, which hit her leg.

“[Avenatti] had been drinking, and he became angry at me,” the court papers say. “[He] pushed me out of the apartment into the public hallway, where I hit my head against a door across the hallway.”

Avenatti has a history of being verbally abusive and financially controlling — and “vehemently opposed my desire to earn a living outside of Hollywood,” she claims. He also “made promises to ‘take care of me.'”

Miniutti, who is in her 20s, was granted a restraining order against Avenatti on Monday — days after he was arrested on domestic violence charges.

Avenatti, who represents Stormy Daniels in her ongoing legal drama with President Trump, has vehemently denied the accusations.

“I look forward to a full clearing of my name and disclosure of all of the facts,” he tweeted. “I have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence against anyone. Any claim to the contrary is completely bogus and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated.”

Maybe as Vice President for Donald Trump ?

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt.
This could be another woman making false charges.
If it goes to trial, maybe we will get to the truth.

I lean on the side that this looks like a false charge and he is being set up. Perhaps there was a heated argument with his girlfriend and he looks like a guy who would throw shoes and yell all the nonsense she claims he did. But even if we go by her accusations he did not hit her as far as we know. We went from he gave her a black eye to now that he left marks on her legs.

Here is an update, apparently a video has been provided which shows that her accusations about lobby and elevator scenes are false.

I think he is going to be exonerated in court as it will come down to he-said-she-said case without any collaborating evidence plus her credibility will be hurt by lying about the lobby and elevator scenes. Yet the media attention and impact will leave its mark. Avenatti also is not helping himself as he is not taking this with any sensible class, (would be expected from him), and he is going nuts on Twitter attracting more negative attention to himself.

Unfortunately she will not be charged with perjury as our legal system decided along with the feminist that women can not lie.

It seems someone took revenge on Avenatti, he has a lot of enemies so take your pick. I do not support these actions, I hate the whole eye for an eye mentality but it is what it is.

But I guess people like him will finally know how it is to be on the other side of things.

I guess it was his own fault for hanging out with a woman that could do that to him. He should take after Pence and not dine with any other woman other than his wife.

Edit:
Avenatti continues to act like an idiot on Twitter.

Porn actress Stormy Daniels said she might ditch her attorney Michael Avenatti after he filed a defamation suit against President Trump “against her wishes,” a report said on Wednesday. This resulted in the Judge ordering her to pay all court costs.

Daniels told the Daily Beast that Avenatti has not accounted for all of the funds he raised on her behalf and that the lawyer has not treated her with “the respect and deference an attorney should show to a client."

“For months I’ve asked Michael Avenatti to give me accounting information about the fund my supporters so generously donated to for my safety and legal defense. He has repeatedly ignored those requests,” she said in a statement.

“I haven’t decided yet what to do about legal representation moving forward. Michael has been a great advocate in many ways.

I’m tremendously grateful to him for aggressively representing me in my fight to regain my voice.

But in other ways Michael has not treated me with the respect and deference an attorney should show to a client.”
