In the emails, Obama DOJ staffers not only discuss sending money to outside groups but openly say they don't want to send money to a conservative group. So they were both transferring money and sending it only to liberal groups. Combined with the Uranium One scandal, the Russian dossier and wiretaps scandal and continuing developments in how the DNC primary was stolen from Bernie (although the lawsuit was already thrown out and probably won't be coming back), it's not looking good for the DNC right now. Unfortunately it will likely take years to sort this out even with solid evidence like this.

Yeah, especially if they allow Mueller, who was in on the scandal, to remain the investigator along with a Clinton lawyer and Mueller's left-wing lawyers as helpers.

Again, these DOJ grants are public record and have been since they were created.

Second, this is part of the meme that the Republicans were pushing about Obama administration investigating explicitly conservative groups that were applying for tax-exempt status. Lost from this narrative is that it is illegal for a tax-exempt organization to be political. It was a legally mandated to check into political groups applying for a tax-exempt status for political bias.

Even though they were passed through, the perpetual crying victims had to be placated and investigations came out to look into it. Fine, that's politics.

Now James Woods (?) tweeted that it proved the DOJ was trying to stop explicitly political groups from getting tax-exempt status which is the law. And so it's back to the ignorant to continue the endless crying about being victims.
