I agree with you except for ‘blaming’ Trump. Not bothering to argue your figures, the 60% had strong representation in continuing to ignore and abuse the 40%. Trump gave the 40% a voice. Why should this be considered a bad thing? Should they have just accepted being victims and their wishes being totally ignored by Democrats?

America is becoming increasingly divided between "poor" rural areas and "rich" metropolitan areas. Unequal distribution of wealth is powering this divide and as wealth continues to be held in fewer and fewer hands the divide will increase …….. much to Donald's advantage as he is super adept at stoking the hatred of the disenfranchised. And, yes, hell will be eventually paid by the entire 100% not just 40% or 60%.
