I am currently doing independent research trying to understand the demographics of several Congressional races across the nation. I want to know if there is a publicly available resource that can provide this information?

I have spent my time scouring all Supervisor of Elections websites but all the data available is just votes, not the break down of what people voted.

Drive by reply, but the government has a lot of statistical departments. Don't know exactly what demographics you are looking for, but here is a good start;
