When asked what he thought about John McCain in 2015, Donald replied: "He's not a war hero," Trump said at the Iowa Family Leadership Summit.

Then, this past Tuesday Donald lauded McCain as an "American hero". ( )

This one example points out very succinctly the truth about Donald that the Trump Lemmings conveniently ignore: that he is a two faced lying son of a bitch con artist.

I'm pretty sure Trump is calling McCain all sorts this morning, but "a hero" isnt one of them.

Poor Trump. All this winning must be exhausting.

"Down with Trump!" "Support the Swamp!""Down with Trump!" "Support the Swamp!"
"Down with Trump!" "Support the Swamp!""Down with Trump!" "Support the Swamp!"

If you can not see the Democrats and Republicans are using every dirty trick in the book to destroy Trump's popular appeal, then you are not paying attention.

I don't have a problem even it Trump is a total idiot. Don't care. Drain the Swamp.

I wish I could be more sympathetic to your position, Frand One Degree, but knowing my American cousins of baby boomers age aren't going to be forced off health care or forced to cough up five times as much money per month so that the Walmartian's, and their off shore bankers will be more deeply enriched is a good thing, in my book. Time to review health care in earnest.

Trump Chief Of Staff Priebus Is Out

He rose from relative state-party obscurity and reached an unlikely pinnacle as the man responsible for the agenda of the president of the United States.

Now, Reince Priebus is out of that job as White House chief of staff in the most significant shakeup of the rocky Trump presidency.

Trump announced on Twitter that Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly has been named as Priebus' replacement.

As chairman of the Republican National Committee during the 2016 presidential campaign, Priebus' team supplanted a thin Trump campaign with money and staff to help Trump win the presidency. That brought Trump and Priebus close, but it was never a natural fit — the mild-mannered, careful former Wisconsin Republican Party leader with the Midwestern accent, once critically described as the "nebbish's nebbish," and the flashy, cavalier New York billionaire.

Priebus' exit indicates the full decline in the White House of the RNC-led Washington wing. Priebus was the last of the high-profile RNC staffers to exit the West Wing. Months ago, Priebus' deputy, Katie Walsh, a former RNC chief of staff, accused of being a leaker by rivals inside the White House, left to work on an outside PAC supporting Trump. Then it was Sean Spicer, the beleaguered press secretary doubling as communication director, who left the day Trump brought on board New York financier Anthony Scaramucci as communications director.

Priebus' tenure lasted just seven months, an unusually short stint for a president's first chief of staff.

Smooooooth sailing of bigly great success.

I'm luving it. Its fantastic to see the Republican establishment getting humiliated again. Now I was bigly wrong about the election result. When Trump got the nomination I predicted Hilary would get 350 to 400 EV. As it turned out as soon as Hilary got the nomination she made it quite clear she was totally on board with the Neo Con Agenda: nuclear war with Russia, happy to to see the genocide of Syria's Infidels in order to further the Zionist's anti Iranian agenda. So I'm glad I was wrong.

My second prediction that Trump's election would be a disaster for Republicans looks somewhat safer. Democrats need to remember my golden rule, never put the short term interests of your country before the long term interests of your party. They need to be absolutely hard line that they won't vote Pence into the Presidency. Democrats must absolutely not rescue the Republicans from Trump.

Then I'm assuming you're a huge fan of Nancy Pelosi, the person that Trump stole that line from.

Of course, she stole it from the socialists:

Slate wrote:In a 1903 letter to the Daily Northwestern, Winfield R. Gaylord, state organizer of the Social Democratic Party, precursor to Eugene Debs’ Socialist Party of America, wrote: “Socialists are not satisfied with killing a few of the mosquitoes which come from the capittalist [sic] swamp; they want to drain the swamp.” Another Wisconsin socialist, Victor Berger, provides a textbook example in 1912: “It cannot be avoided any more than malaria in a swampy country. And the [financial] speculators are the mosquitos. We should have to drain the swamp—change the capitalist system—if we want to get rid of those mosquitos.” The following year, labor and community organizer Mary “Mother Jones” Harris (and magazine namesake) deployed the phrase: “The capitalist and striker—both men are all right—only they are sick; they need a remedy; they have been mosquito bitten. Let’s kill the virulent mosquito and then find and drain the swamp in which he breeds.” The mosquitoes, for Harris, were the deeper, industrial forces that pit labor against bosses.

Rather ironic isn't it?
Thanks. I can always count on you to provide me with new information. ;)

I admired McCain until the 2008 election, when he crumpled on his principles. He did improve after that, though. Really was sad to see the illness news, but then... he's old enough. At some point you're just surprised they are still alive.

Trump is demonstrably not popular, to the point where he lost the popularity contest part of the election. He is appointing big business cronies to every position and has several Goldman-Sachs execs on his team.

On top of that, he's demonstrated barely any interest in governing.

Nobody is stopping Trump. Well deserved bad publicity doesn't magically take away the powers of the Executive branch. The only person stopping Trump is himself.

 What about Federal judges who know they will be overturned, but rule against him anyway?
What about Republican insiders who negotiated a deal to be part of his team just to undermine him?
What about Congressional witch hunts? What about The Media?
 No, he is not doing it alone.

He's not alone with that, the whole Republican Party seems uninterested in governing. I wonder about their voters, do they care about anything else than keeping the Democrats out of power?

I would like to be free of my conspiracy disease, but the morons are so obvious that I can see it through closed eyes. :(

You can see only what you want to see actually. Even if you see more you just don't care.

Nope, I am an idiot savant when it comes to seeing through layers of rubbish. :D My only doubts are about how much Trump really understands. I am totally clear about his adversaries.
