It has been tracking somewhat to the West and open water but .......... not much. Sound trucks urging evacuation drove by our place this morning. Wilma, a category 5, passed close to you and I in 2005 and our roof held. (I am in Maine and have been getting on the ground reports from my Florida neighbors). The surge is not the threat to us that it is to you. Our canal is fresh water. The wind concerns me. Hang in there pal and give us a report when this is over.

Hey everybody all the water got sucked out of my canal I frantically threw everything in the car and headed to a friends house in land they're talking about huge storm surges it's going to be devastating. 6 to 15 foot of water, Worst feeling in the world leaving your house I'm not sure if i'm going to lose everything hope and pray not
