But much more those who are convinced of the opposite point of view, periodically observing cases of blatant unprofessionalism and the rapidly falling level of combat training of the US military.

In September 2017, the aviation of the international coalition led by the United States attacked the residential areas of Syrian Rakki. According to the monitoring groups, at least 35 people were killed as a result of air strikes by the Western Coalition Air Force. American pilots strike on residential areas, the victims, most often, are civilians. Whenever reports of incidents between airplanes or ships of Russia and the United States, Americans constantly point to allegedly unprofessional behavior of Russians. In the opinion of Russian military experts, the US military uses the wording "unprofessional behavior" without looking at the actual situation. This wording becomes suitable for them when there is an urgent need to hide their own professional inadequacy, low skill level, and sometimes frank fear and helplessness in difficult combat conditions.
