About the memo, my guess is that Republicans are smart enough to have ways to corroborate at least some of their claims. So blanket criticism before it even gets released/read, I dunno, just doesn't seem like a good strategy to me because at least some of it is likely provable.

As hard as it may be for you to admit it, I've been right about how things would go for the last two years. And keep in mind, that's not necessarily where I wanted things to go, but being realistic has its benefits. Whereas, most of the people who disagree with me have been totally wrong--even people like baltwade that worked for Hillary. I've been on a roll for awhile, but things do not always go my way. I just don't like being blind-sided by reality. So I'm not going to engage in deluding myself.

However, unlike you, I'm glad the establishment is getting a comeuppance, and not because of Iraq. Rather, I think their ideas on immigration are dangerously misguided, and they simply need to be placed aside and if they don't do so willingly, they need to be put on their knees, a garbage bag placed over their heads, and shot in the back of the head--the garbage bag a consideration for the janitorial staff so that there isn't too much of a mess to clean up. We should be considerate.
