America is a nation built on privilege, hypocrisy and sanctimonious moralism.

We British and Germans (Hanovarians) won you the greatest piece of real estate on the Earth. Like spoilt, ungrateful children, you started whining when asked to pay a small amount of taxes to support the British - Hanoverian war machine that allowed English speakers to become dominant in the Americas. You were blessed in the eighteenth century with an incredibly low population density allowing you to create a nation with a proportionally huge middle class. You were also blessed with the superior culture of Britain and in the vital formative years of the early nineteenth century with many German immigrants, bringing their superior culture with them. This allowed you to become the greatest industrial power on the planet.

Two world wars caused devastating set backs to the development of industry in Europe, and East Asia. The Muslims had of course long ago wrecked the development of North Africa, the fertile crescent, Persia and the Indus. This allowed America to have incredible prosperity from the end of the 1940s to the early 1970s. But you Americans, left and right, Democrats and Republicans, Conservatives and Liberals think this Golden age is a right, rather than a rare coincidence of fortuitous circumstances. Your failure to save Vietnam was pathetic. With all your wealth and power you couldn't deal with a small nation that wasn't blessed with your low population density and you lacked the moral guts to take on and break the Papist establishment in Vietnam.
