Its pretty good considering you to defend a borderline pedophile at least creepy old man. But hey if you like your candidate corrupt as hell, wealthy off the tax payer, that smells women's hair, and likes young children to stroke his leg hair and sit on his lap. Creepy Uncle Joe is the guy for you lets see how that goes.

[quote]

He's not a pedophile. I had no idea you loved sleaze so much. Nasty.

Back to politics.. Biden is the last person I want to see win the nomination. That's not quite true, but close enough.

I have talked about that a few times. Not that you pay attention to anything that isn't fiction.

If Biden had finished that anecdote by saying he grabbed them by the pussy, would that make him more acceptable for Republicans?

Kamala Harris is going to be the Vice Presidential candidate no matter who runs.

It doesn't matter though. The democrats have so botched this impeachment stuff that Trump may very well win reelection.

1) Maybe. If Liz wins, she won't pick another woman. She'd be a great choice for Biden. While I like Bernie, I don't get what makes him tick. She'd be a good choice for him, but I wonder if he'd want her.

2) It ain't over til the fat president squeals.

Kamala will be back in 4 years. She's got the chops, she has national name recognition now, and if worse comes to worse, she'd be a great Veep.

Between liking it when kids jump in his lap, and kids caressing his legs, and biting fingers--Biden is kind of a weird dude. Generally, I vote on policy over personality. A lot of people don't. They vote on personality, which is both a strength and a weakness for Trump and for Biden.

Drlee wrote:Kamala Harris is going to be the Vice Presidential candidate no matter who runs.

Even Biden gets more of the black vote than Harris. The Democratic nominee, whoever it is, already wins California. Harris brings nothing. Neither does Warren or Sanders. Booty Judge is probably their best bet, because Democrats wouldn't win Indiana otherwise. The problem with Booty Judge is that blacks are socially conservative and don't like gays.

Drlee wrote:The democrats have so botched this impeachment stuff that Trump may very well win reelection.

Now can you see why I wanted them to do this?

California has very little political competition. It has collapsed into a one party state. Kamala Harris just showed that she rose to power on a lack competition, and that a back bencher like Tulsi Gabbard could make life difficult. Cory Booker is another one who tried to squeeze through imitating Obama's style, an arrogant sort of easy grace a lot of people find appealing. It didn't work either. @jimjam was betting on Beto O'Rourke, who tried to vlog his way to the presidency by trying to copy Casey Neistat's vlogging style. That was a dead letter too. The reality is that everyone that ran this time and simply glommed on to the AOC+squad rhetoric hurt themselves almost irreparably. Confiscating guns is going to hurt Democrats in gun country, and that isn't just Texas. It's Pennsylvania. Slavery reparations, etc. The whole thing has been a Schiff Show.

Doesn't matter how trashy you get, not to you.

He loves attention, there has never been so much as a hint he's a pedophile. That public a figure couldn't hide it.

So you are shoveling sleaze so Biden will look as dirty as Trump.

But what will happen is blowback. In Go it's called a snapback, when you push too far, and get rolled up like a rug.

Nasty.

Looks like Donald is the odd man out at the NATO 70th birthday party. Here is a good picture of Don reaping what he has sowed. It seems the other world leaders have finally figured out that the only thing the Great Dealmaker can do with a deal is to break it or back out of it in a flurry of insults and childish nonsense. Last I heard was that Don was going to take his marbles and go home early. Most people would have figured out by now that the rules for international statesmanship differ from the rules for erecting hotels or withholding "funding" from any American politician who begs to differ with the Great Dealmaker.

The Dems bit off far more than they could chew. Their unbridled hatred of Trump blinded them to the fact that there's nothing on which to impeach him.

Now they're starting to talk about censure. That's a sure sign that they know they fucked up.

Frankly, at this point, I would prefer impeachment and a trial in the Senate. I want to see the Republicans have the chance to question whatever witnesses they want, including Joe Biden and Adam Schiff. There's enough there to warrant it.

A censure lets the Dems off the hook for being so fucking stupid with all of this. The American people will see right through it, though, and they will hold Democrats accountable for their hateful, divisive antics in November...

1) Thanks, wasn't a laugh, more of a wry smile. They are considering their options. The Senate isn't going to do their job, and the AG is more like a mob lawyer than an AG. So they have to work with what they have.

2) McConnell would find some way to sleaze out of it. The last thing he wants to do is give Schiff to tell America how pissed he is. Because he is furious, and that would give him the opportunity to let Republicans know what he thinks of them, in no uncertain terms. There is less than a zero chance that will happen.

3) And then you can have a parade of unicorns and dancing rainbows.

NATO is adjusting to the new situation. Boris begged him to shut the f up about the British election, Macron treated him like the child he is.

He sucks at one on one with competent leaders for the simple reason he is incompetent.

He did his best to kill NATO for Putin, and now they have had it with him.

If you want this translated into plain English, they told him to f*** off.

Well, the Senate certainly can't do their job if the Dems turn into a pack of chickenshits, which is now a growing possibility. They may not do their job in a manner which pleases you, but that's just too fuckin' bad...

Schiff's hearings are over. There's nothing keeping him from saying what's on his mind. If he had any balls he'd do it. But he doesn't. He's a cowardly pussy.

Nobody gives a fuck how pissed Schiff is. But he should be pissed. He should be pissed at himself for showing the American people how glaringly underhanded and dishonest he can be...

3) And then you can have a parade of unicorns and dancing rainbows.

And they'll march right over the rotting corpse of Schiff's political career...

Where the fuck did this come from? Did I say something nice about Beto 2 months ago that morphed into a bet? I'm not "betting" on anybody, least of all Obese Donald. The Democrats have a real mess on their hands with 20 or so ego maniacs of varying degrees of aptitude entering, and obscuring, the ring. Why, jimjam hisself still may run on the "cash For Everyone" program  My running mate will be Mary "The Tongue" Hickenpooper. (below)

Tulsi probably can't last much longer, but I can recall a few months ago Harris claiming that the only reason Tulsi attacked her was because she was a "top tier candidate."

The British Conservative Party was given a huge boost on Wednesday when Donald Trump left the U.K. without smashing up its election strategy. It means U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson survived the Trump visit without any extra obstacles being put in his way ahead of the December 12 vote. Johnson spent two days working hard to avoid being pictured with Trump, who is deeply unpopular in the U.K. He did not greet the president at the door of Downing Street when world leaders arrived for a reception on Wednesday night.

Poor Donald. Maybe he should go to Alabama and hold a hate rally  .

Tulsi is a return candidate for sure(certain to run again in the future). I think it's currently a three horse race between Biden, Sanders and maybe Warren.

Sanders will probably win, I'm getting more certain of that every day. He does have the support he needs and no cheater against him this time.

Oh that's just typical electioneering, they'll be back to best buds come December 13.

It could also be argued that he wants to be seen to beat Corbyn "on my own steam" without any outsider support. Johnson is the hard favourite you know!

BETO
jimjam wrote:Charisma is a powerful wild card. If it is there and is strong, it has an almost magical effect that defies all logic and empirical thinking. BETO seems to have it. Time will tell. I'm not sure Donald will know what to do with him. The usual name calling and cheap shots I doubt will have an effect on BETO. He will operate on an entirely different level than the one Donald is comfortable in and he will not permit Donald to drag him down to the level that Donald is used to operating in. Donald is a good performer who appeals to people's bad angels. BETO is also a good performer who appeals to people's good angels. It will be interesting.

Bless your heart... Of course, this is during a week when Trump's charisma is knocking his opponents silly.

Yeah, it looks like Labour is toast.

Anyway, these impeachment hearings are fantastic. I swear the Republicans must somehow be pulling the strings. The Democrats are stupid, but they can't possibly be this stupid.

I hope Jeremy Corbyn survives as Labour leader though, since he is a genuine hardcore Labour diehard supporting Socialist policy and as a result hated by the cashed-up Jewish-zionist lobby who have run a massive unfair smear campaign against him(and the party) trying to stop him winning.

QFT

The democrats have botched this so badly that I may vote for Trump. Seriously. They have all of the evidence they need to grind him up. But forget the evidence specifically for a moment. Here are their mistakes.

1. The biggest mistake is that they are moving WAY to fast. This should be death by a thousand cuts. They should run this right up well into the primary season.

2. They should wait for the courts to rule and compel testimony from Barr, Giuliani and others if the decisions fall their way.

3. They should push New York to indite Trump on the many charges they could.

4. They should compel and release the tax returns.

5. They should go after Nunes.

Seriously. A dog with a note in his mouth could have worked the American people better than these losers are doing. Here is what is going to happen.

They will vote for impeachment and make a lot of speeches.

In the Senate the republicans will turn it into a media circus painting Trump as the victim of a partisan attack.

The evidence and the truth will have absolutely no effect on the outcome which is baked in right now. The final vote will allow people on both sides to work their states to their own advantage.

Trump will be acquitted and will immediately begin a stadium tour proclaiming his "exoneration" to the American people.

Trump will be (correctly) emboldened to do even more outrageous stuff for the next five years.

Trump will win election again because the main guy who could have beaten him (Biden) will be down for the count. (The republicans will destroy him in the Senate hearings.)

There is one interesting possibility that will be almost painful to watch. As the democrats see their poll numbers plummet they will be concerned about losing the house again. Going into the convention there will be no clear leader among their hodgepodge of candidates. There could be a draft Hillary movement or some completely unknown may come forward. Consider:

Trump wants to run against Bernie. He knows that Bernie (who he will call a socialist/communist) will solidify his base. Bernie may be electable but it will depend on how well Harris (who will be his VP, in fact everyones VP except Warren) can carry water for him.

Biden is falling off his horse every chance he gets.

Warren is electable if she would drop the outrageous plans and run hard for the center but she is fucked now because she needs the progressive voters to beat Bernie.

The democrats are simply screwing the pooch in numbers and the only one who seems to know it and to have predicted it is Pelosi.

Look forward to another five years of Trump.

By the way, I will make a minor prediction. If Trump starts to fall behind he will drop Pence in favor of a moderate woman VP.
