You're too late. They've already found criminal conduct. The issue is whether the CIA had grounds to spy on the Trump campaign or whether they directed the FBI to do the same. There weren't legitimate grounds to investigate Trump's campaign. Devin Nunes found that the Clinton campaign was the one that financed the Steele dossier by subpoenaing bank records.

Yes. They did a formal administrative review first, which is why it took so long to get to giving Durham power for subpoenas, grand juries and indictments. They found probable cause to believe a crime was committed after their administrative review. They had good reason to do an administrative review, because of the IG reports on McCabe and Comey among others, as well as the Strzok and Page texts being made public.

The investigation into Trump was kicked off by a lie and a phony dossier financed by the Hillary Clinton for President campaigned, laundered through the DNC, Perkins Coie and Fusion GPS to hide the money trail to Christopher Steele. Brennan briefed the gang of 8 US senators 3 months before he publicly said he had even been made aware of the dossier. He lied in public, and there is a record that he had briefed the gang of 8. Brennan also gave the information to the FBI. So did John McCain by the way. You're also forgetting that it's very likely that Bill Priestap--the FBI's head of counterintelligence--is a cooperating witness.

Do you mean revenge for Hillary and the DNC creating the Steele Dossier and having it submitted to the FBI as a pretext for spying on the Trump campaign, using it as a pretext for Comey to meet one on one with Trump to threaten him; for Senator Schumer warning Trump that the IC has six ways from Sunday to get back at you; for Schumer calling for Jeff Sessions to recuse himself and calling for a special counsel after Trump turned Mueller down for the role of FBI director, and then having Rod Rosenstein appoint Muller as a special counsel to investigate allegations for which there was no reasonable cause?

Yates was insubordinate. There was nothing illegal or abnormal about Flynn speaking with Kislyak. What is unusual is for Comey to brag about sending Strzok over to the White House to subject Flynn to a criminal interview without telling Flynn that it was an official visit and he needed a lawyer present and when the FBI already had the full transcript of the call, because they had eavesdropped on it. Sidney Powell is now waging a collateral attack on the plea deal for prosecutorial misconduct. Deep state is going to get fucked finally.

So? He's president. The CIA is subordinate. He can upsize, downsize, reorganize, etc. or propose legislation to do the same if he wants to. There's nothing illegal about it.

Trying to overthrow the president of the United States was a batshit crazy idea, and they tried it anyway. They're still trying. In fact, the "whistleblower" complaining about foreign policy call (the CIA doesn't do foreign policy and the whistleblower wasn't on the call) was originally a CIA operative, who is now disappearing into the ether as it became clear that the CIA had coordinated the latest hit with Adam Schiff before the complaint was filed--making Adam Schiff a fact witness in his own investigation.

Withholding grand jury information in ongoing cases is standard practice. Congress asking for it during proceedings is abnormal. Perhaps enough time has elapsed that it no longer matters, but I rather doubt the Trump administration really cares other than keeping process clean. I certainly don't care. All of the relevant details have already been made public.

The judge followed precedent. In the 1974 Watergate case, the courts ruled that Congress had the right to see grand jury information.

Well, it's common knowledge that Barr is Donald's personal attorney and America effectively has no AG for awhile.

My sense is that, with the exception of the more rabid section of Donald's "base", the country is tiring of the endless stream of hatred, lies, stunts and nonsense being emitted from Donald and his propaganda apparatus. What's next? Mabey a few of our more vapid and worthless Republican congressmen will be ordered by their master to super glue themselves to the door of the room where impeachment hearings are being conducted.
