Who am I misleading?

Look it up - A jury convicted his business partner on the evidence that will be presented when Flynn and his son are up on the same charges.

a federal judged dropped the case actually overturned it?

NB. In his 39 page opinion, Judge Trenga noted that the uncharged co-conspirator (Flynn) was “in some aspects” more involved than Rafiekian in the Turkish project.

Also I would remind you that any admissions made by Flynn when securing his plea agreement can be used as evidence.

Also:
P[resident Obama]: "Is there anything I shouldn't be telling the transition team?"

D[irector Comey]: "Flynn-Kislyak calls appear legit."

Yesterday Trump said that Obama had committed "treason" and the media jumped all over him for not having evidence. Next day he releases this stuff. They'll never learn.

Biden in on it too. Is he just pretending to have dementia so that he can say he doesn't remember?

It's only June, there's five months left until the election. What's coming next?

This also puts the Democrat's embrasure of attacking law enforcement into a new light.

No worries.

The House Judiciary Chair has already said Barr should be impeached. Trump's tame AG will pay when the orange baboon falls in November and the Dems take both houses.

Further proof that one of Trump's early intelligence briefings was used to spy on him even though they knew that Flynn et al. were innocent.

The documents are the latest in a series of disclosures by Ratcliffe to congressional Republicans seeking to support claims by Trump and his allies that the FBI investigation of Trump was politically motivated and corrupt.

The agents’ decision to monitor the briefing appeared aimed at gleaning information from Trump’s close adviser, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who attended the briefing with Trump, and then-New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who was Trump’s transition team leader at the time. Flynn was codenamed “Crossfire Razor” by investigators, and the document heading includes a reference to his case. At the time, Trump had recently secured the Republican presidential nomination.

The summary indicates that the agent coordinating the briefing, Joe Pientka — also one of the agents who later interviewed Flynn days after Trump’s inauguration in 2017 — paid special attention to any mentions that Trump or Flynn made of Russia.

So, super Democrat-oriented Politico is now using language like "politically motivated and corrupt" to describe these events. We've still got about 100 days left until the election and the drips continue to come out. The really juicy stuff though is presumably connected to the AG investigation which is said to be concluding by the end of summer.

Some updates on this event:

- FBI lawyer has pled guilty to illegally altering evidence in order to help get a FISA warrant.
- Obama's former deputy AG described James Comey as having "gone rogue" which suggests that she's cooperating with the investigation and that she thinks it goes at least as high as James Comey.
- indictments supposedly coming, unclear if there's going to be any more guilty pleas.
