As I said elsewhere, ideally this shouldn't be general and shouldn't be done or even endorsed by any government. Instead, this should be a private act done by those willing to bear whatever responsibility they are entitled to, just like revolutionaries who are willing to take legal responsibility should they get caught.

This is a specific treatment to specific groups of people who deserve it, and may I say some Fascists themselves do.

EDIT: At the end, every entities has a role to play. Fascism is not the role governments should play but under some circumstances it might be necessary.
