Singapore is now a failed country begging others to accept us as their vassal state (to prevent SG population from shrinking/ going extinct):
KBW 'admits': Singapore is a rudderless ship.

KBW: Sacred duty of Singaporeans to pay for vacant rail infrastructure capacity to prepare to welcome more foreigners (from Parent(donor) State) to Singapore shores.

PAP is expanding rail network to accommodate more foreigners living in Singapore; since it takes time to recruit more foreign talents, usage will lag growth in transport network capacity resulting in losses due to insufficient ridership revenue to cover operating costs.

PAP intends to increase public transport fares so Singaporeans can make increased $$$ contributions to build vacant capacity rail infrastructure to facilitate PAP plans to bring more foreigners to work in Singapore.

It seems to me that the only talents that we Singaporeans innately have, is as servants/ professional slaves in search of a master: to beg foreign talents to come to our shores and treat them like royalty and give us jobs, a purpose and meaning in life.

Singapore is indeed a failed country begging another to let us become their colony (vassal) state to populate us to prevent our economy from collapsing(imploding) due to an excessively high elderly dependency ratio through the provision to allow the import of new young citizens to Singapore shores to compensate for the low Singaporean birth rate.
This is that the PAP is now doing and 69.9% of Singaporeans gave PAP the mandate to do this.

In March, the PTC announced a revised fare formula, introducing a new component which takes into account changes to operating costs.
Called the Network Capacity Factor, this component tracks the structural changes to operating costs, resulting from changes in capacity and usage attributed to the growing rail network.
This means that with the new factor, fares will increase if the capacity growth in the public transport network outstrips ridership growth.
