The "Chinese dragon" of the last two decades may be faltering but it is still hailed by many as an economic miracle. Far from a great advance for Chinese workers, however, it is the direct result of a consolidation of power in the hands of a small clique of powerful families, families that have actively collaborated with Western financial oligarchs.

I don't have time to watch a video. I'm curious to understand how is it faltering? I don't see it.

I think it's misleading to say that China is faltering. It's more like the global capitalist economy is showing signs of faltering. China's economic data is simply an indicator of that since they hold such massive trade power. That said, this is totally expected, and we're due for a significant slow down to happen. As of right now, there is no reason to believe this coming recession will be as bad as the one we had about 10-11 years ago.

China is extremely well managed (precisely because so much power is concentrated in a small few), it will endure for a long time to come. I think most other developed nations will be able to manage it as well.
