The struggle between the U.S. and Russia for the influence in the world goes on. After Russia has won the victory in Syria, Washington tries to keep its position in the Middle East, but for this it needs to force Moscow to switch off from the Middle East by all means.

So, helping the government of Georgia, Washington is preparing the ground for its presence in the region. Every year, crowds of military come in Tbilisi from overseas and allure Georgia with money, membership in various organizations. They even offered to protect the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline.
The only goal is to replace the Russian military with the American military in the region. Beside the color revolutions the U.S. uses another method in the post-Soviet countries. For example, it opens a fund on the territory of Georgia, then they begin to invest huge amount of money in it, and then stop doing it. And those organizations and government members come to them with a request to return, and others who has seen how the U.S. sponsored them. In this way the White House arranges a tender, who can offer more.
In Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan near the Russian borders the U.S. military bases were established in order to monitor the situation in Afghanistan. In the West due to the NATO accession of the Eastern European countries the Alliance forces came close to the territory of Russia. Expert of the New York University Stephen Cohen said that Georgia was a key position in the new alignment of forces.
