I reckon the Saudis are quietly aiming to be the next Caliphate considering their ramped up defence spending, it might be the neo-Ottomans will have some competition from the south. Then there is Iran aiming to a be neo-Abbasid Empire. Best thing for the rest of the world would be a three way fight where they all end in ruin.
