The Yugoslawian Market Socialism (Titoism) worked better then Oligarchy, the Shops were full of Goods produced in the Country.

Corrupt Capitalism leads to Oligarchy.

Romania and Bulgaria had soviet communism... even this worked for the most of society better.

I don't think privitisation is the answer here. Maybe they need to start fresh, wipe everything in the past away.
Maybe even copy the model from another country where things work better and there are less problems.

I would agree that communism worked better (in terms of economics) for those countries at that time than capitalism.
And that today things in these countries are not clearly better than they were under communism (although that could be the subject of debate, there have been a few trade-offs).
That said, things in these countries are not all that good economically.

Yes, interestingly Yugoslavia was cited as the best working example of Socialism/Communism. (Guess a little bit of fascism got something accomplished there)
It's amazing how quickly an all out war and disintegration of the country into smaller separate states in conflict with each other can erase all that.

I'm not saying that quality of life in Yugoslavia was as high as countries like, say, France were in the 1990s, but it was better than most Eastern European countries today, and had a lot of stability.
