In Central Europe they would find a compromise. Turks have excellent drilling technology, and greek the reserve, they should share it. But in Balkan we have blood revange and never forget history

Nothing stopped Turkish companies from making bids to develop these fields, but Turks do not even recognise the areas as Greek and as such Turkish companies did not make bids to develop them. Turkish companies are not prevented from investing in Greece, they still are and have always been welcome to.

That the issue is "complicated" is indeed Turkish propaganda.

Turkey has made a declaration of war(cassus belli) against Greece. That is because she does not recognise Greece's international right to 12nm of territorial waters. That Turkey is not a signatory to the UN Law of the Sea does not concern Greece or other parties and does not grant Turkey any rights in foreign territories.

Greece has sorted out the issues with her Balkan neighbours, North Macedonia & Bulgaria. With Albania, Greece will go to an international court for the same thing. Greece has made the same offer to Turkey. Let's go to the Hague and the Judges will decide.

The origin of recent spat go back to the coup attempt of 2016. There are many traitors, after failed to succeed the coup, defected to European countries. Turkey demanded extradition of them. Some countries refuse to do that. Greece is one of them. Greece host many PKK militants and failed junta militants.

I believe that Greece's days are numbered. Greece now has no friends backing him in European Union. Turkey's succsefful diplomatic attempts allinated him. Surrounding the enemy with diplomatic channels is an old Ottoman tactic. Turkey used it during Cold War times either. That is how Turkey balanced its relationship with Soviets and America. Now I see it still works on European Union and Russia and America. It is safe to say that diplomacy and duality is the Turkish way. Greeks know these very well. It is the reason why they are so frightinated. We may come for them in midnight.
