In the Latin America section of this weekend's edition of THE INTERNATIONAL FORECASTER, editor Bob Chapman writes: We are widening our margin of victory for Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez Frias in this weekend's referendum from 57% to 60% to 57% to 63%. The referendum financed, planned and executed by the Bush neocons designed to lead to his overthrow will have just the opposite affect.

The result will further entrench Mr. Chavez as the leader of the emerging opposition in Latin American to the neo-liberal hegemony of the Bush administration.

Chavez’ popularity in Latin America has grown as support for the US puppets Vincente Fox in Mexico and Alejandro Toledo in Peru has dwindled to almost nothing. Even President Lula in Brazil is struggling after proving he is pliable to the internationalists.

As you read this, the referendum will be in the process of being heldand Mr. Chavez’ resounding victory will be met with stone silence by the one-world elitists in Washington. They will again have been defeated by a man who cares for his people.

Racist antipathies will be raging in Washington as this man of black and indian heritage takes them to the political cleaners and ends their hopes of recolonizing Venezuela ... this will be the one-worlders' third defeat from this noble adversary.

This is what participatory democracy is really all about ... not the version emanating from Washington and London. Our Bilderberger lords view populists with intense hatred because they are the exact antithesis of all their goals, the subjugation of mankind.

We have to laugh at Americans who have not discovered what the poor of the barrios of Venezuela already know, and that is how to clean their political house.

President Hugo Chavez Frias

Even conservative and right wing writers in America do not get it ... it is about freedom and not political labels ... they even believe all the political garbage coming out of Washington.

People in shanty towns have a right to live and vote and, if they vote in Mr. Chavez for years to come in order to see through the reforms he envisions, that in a true democracy is their business.

Like it or not, in Washington, Mr. Chavez is the new prominent statesman in Latin America and FTAA is in deep trouble because of his emergence. Be as it may, Mr. Chavez is here to stay whether the elitists in Washington like it or not.

In anticipation of President Hugo Chavez Frias’ victory in the coming referendum, 900,000 Venezuelans took to the streets in a very festive outpouring. Chavez’s campaign manager’s goal is to obtain twice as many votes as the opposition.

El Mundo de Madrid reports the CIA has a contingency plan in motion in the event President Hugo Chavez Frias is the winner of the referendum. The strategy is to avoid a regional expansion of the “Bolivarian Revolution,” which Washington says is the same kind of socialism that prevails in Europe today.

In charge of the CIA effort is under secretary for southern hemispherical affairs, William Spenser, who is convinced Mr. Chavez Frias intends to overthrow the governments of Colombia and Bolivia. Supposedly, after that is accomplished, he will then overthrow Peru’s stooge for the US government Alejandro Toledo, who presently has a 20% approval rating and is enmeshed in multiple corruption scandals.

The CIA then believes he will over-throw Argentina and Brazil.

If you believe these preposterous assertions, you need to have your head examined. The last thing Mr. Chavez intends to do is invade another country ... he may try to help his neighbors attain economic freedom as he is doing in Venezuela but these assertions by the CIA are absurd. That is our government at work. Just more disinformation.

President Hugo Chavez Frias
& George W. Bush

A recent poll shows that in Mexico, Argentina and Brazil over 90% of the people dislike George W. Bush. 82% of Latin America elite’s political, economic and intellectual leaders gave him a negative reading as well.

Mexicans believe the latest orange alert of 8/1/04 was a hoax to be executed when it would most effectively stunt any momentum Democratic candidate John Kerry might get from that party’s July convention.
That view is held worldwide as well.

The WTO declared the EU regime for subsidizing sugar farmers illegal. Brazil, Australia and Thailand pushed the issue. Brazil is happy. In April, it won a ruling stopping subsidies for cotton farmers in the US. In Brazil, sugar fields stretch for hundreds of miles. Much is used for alcohol-fueled cars. It is called ethanol. They will now inundate world markets and the price of sugar should drop. It now produces 17% of the world’s sugar.

US Ambassador to Venezuela, Charles Shapiro, acknowledged that the US government had financed certain sectors of the opposition in order to carry out the presidential referendum on August 15. The Sub-Secretary of State for US Western Hemisphere Affairs, Roger Noriega, has acknowledged that the US government had invested great quantities of money in the Venezuelan referendum.

We wonder how George W. Bush would feel about Venezuela doing the same thing the US has done in the US ... he probably would have invaded Venezuela by now. We can promise you the Bush neocons have made a terrible mistake.

This is not democracy; it is a clear case of subversion. The US Embassy in Venezuela should be closed and all personnel should be ejected from the country. In the future when US subversion and spies are apprehended they should be tried and jailed.
