The Bolivarian dream was proposed, obviously by Simon Bolivar, and was born as an ideal confederation, formed with the union of all the Latin American independent countries.

President Loula of Brazil supported President Chavez of Venezuela in his recent operations, and expressed a wish of union for all the Latin American Countries.
The idea, also re-thought by the poltical analists of Imperaca (Imperial Academy of the Modern Thought and Cience of the Universe), has been recomposed as the "Free America Confederation", and has received good support.
But the necessary and essential difference of this idea over the Panamerican dream, is breaking the comercial submission to the US.

This has been fought by the United States and has been fingered as a separatist plot rather than the original sense of union it proposes.
Will we achieve this dream, peacefully, of will we have to fight again?
