US-led coalition colluding with IS instead of fighting terrorism
The US-led coalition, including the Kurdish armed units, lets militants of the Islamic State terrorist group leave Raqqa instead of killing them, said the commander of Russian forces in Syria Col. Gen. Sergey Surovikin.
