All Arab nations lack a middle class, just ultra-rich and poor but the middle class is the most important class, they consume built homes...

I think it is rooted in the bad education system, the middle european model, the dual education (work + 2 days school) is the best form of education.

Just South-East Asia can compete with Central Europe, but they do not have childhood, and a boring youth.

The Gulf countries have a middle class, it is just relatively small.

One of the big reasons they do not have much of a middle class is because of the work migration policies in the region. They bring in people from other surrounding poorer countries to do all the work, and obviously these workers are not paid very much, and the employment conditions can be very bad (no protections, and the worker can be deported if the employer decides to terminate them. Often they even end up kept in prison, since employers often confiscate worker's passports, and these poor people often don't have the money to pay for their plane ticket back home).

So most of the work ends up being done by foreigners for low pay. Even more than half the doctors come from foreign countries, which of course helps keep pay low.

The other big reason the middle class is not big is if you look at where the money is coming from. Countries dependent on natural resources for their wealth (oil in this case) typically do not have a big middle class. A small handful of people end up controlling the natural resources. Even if government owns it, in this part of the world corruption is widespread and little of the wealth trickles down to the people. On the other hand, in countries where the wealth comes from skilled labor (or also in some cases trade), you will find a middle class.
