Because converting large amounts of text into HTML is time consuming, and because the Webmaster is lazy, this forum has been created. The purpose of this forum is to conveniently store all kinds of documents that may be useful for forum members to reference during debates.

If you wish to submit a document to be considered for inclusion into the 'Library' please post it in the Basement. No doubt some sort of guidelines for what is and is not acceptable will be added here later after a string of stupid submissions.

Submission formatting

Please insure that all submissions include:

• A descriptive post subject title that does not start with "The".
• The date of publication/ratification in italics at the very top of the post if it is not already included at the start of the document.
• The full title of the document in large font within the post.
• Bold or large font for any chapter headings.
• Ensure that the post is fully readable and that all characters are formatted correctly (no odd "?" for unknown characters etc).
• Ensure that your personal post signature is disabled.
• Do not add personal comments/opinions to the document.
