Hitler was never verboten in Germany. Especially not in a satire like the current movie which hits the theaters and besides the picture further discribed on page 9 and 21. It has nothing to do with the statement on the lower part.

People have called others Nazis when even talking about people who directly defeated the Nazis. Of course German nationalists are going to be ad hom'd with Nazi accusations when their direct ancestors, those that paved the paths these modern leaders, directly supported the Nazis (where they weren't in fact Nazis).

It isn't surprising that people would take the least subtle and easiest route to undermine their enemies.
