The OP is wrong. While it has often been theorized that there were matriarchies lost in time, you'd be right in saying there's no firm proof for such societies.

There are, however, several matrilineal and matrilocal societies historical and contemporary. In these societies, the family is traced through the female side and property is sent via the female's line.

Now, in most of these societies there's also a hierarchy where men are present - and almost always in some form of political authority. But then again, the men in political authority are acting upon representatives of a family in which women have all the property and symbolic power.

Regardless, this is enough to through your premise out. Were it not, then we could also point out that gendered divisions of labor are almost entirely obsolete (though not entirely) as a result of the industrial revolution.

It's really important to note all women aren't bitches and some men are bastards. Yes, there are behavioral inclinations, and women and men tend to mature in opposite directions, but the real killer is deviousness which can be found in both sexes.

The problem is alphas in both sexes get the most attention, so they're looked upon as models to despise from the other side.

Think of it like class warfare. In WW1, you had the French and the Germans, and power-elites on both sides. If the power-elites were cast aside, the French and Germans wouldn't have gone to war with one another.

Also, it's important to note that alphas are not just in the upper class. There are leaders in all classes who use the battle of the sexes to encourage spite against the other side. The more spite you encourage, the easier it is to garnish admiration under the guise of fighting a fake enemy.

That said, it's not your duty to associate with everyone on the other side either. Just as much as you're allowed to be wary of manipulators on your own side of the fence, you can also be wary of manipulators on the other side of the fence as well.

Also, feminism requires alpha MALES to be enforced. Literally, without alpha male police officers, soldiers, and social brutes, feminism would never take root.
