Well, regarding the porn I just happened to stumble across, some of it is quite repulsive. So I think we agree.

The problem is that what porns depict is something that must be kept private and never shown to anyone. Ideally people should not discuss it in public, either. There's nothing more disgusting than hearing someone talking about having sex. And I find the constant sex references in daily life very awkward as well.

Actually, it is disturbing to think that some people find it arousing. When I get on the bus on my way to work, I look around at the other passengers and wonder what sick ideas are going though their filty minds. So I guess the effect of porn on people like you and me is to create doubt about the people around us.

And what is interesting about that is the large number of poeple who don't watch it. I would say the vast majority do not like it. I am very thankful that pornography is not a struggle for me and that I do not have such a temptation in my life.

Having said that, I don’t mind perving at photos of naked pretty ladies. I am male and women’s bodies are appealing to me. I should make the disclaimer that I am a little old fashion and that to my mind sex is about making babies. Those who like the disturbing stuff seem to think sex is about extreme pleasure or enacting dominance. I would prefer to not have been made aware of the existence of these people.

But don't you think it is dishonourable to look at porns? What is the need for it?
