I believe at least part of the problem is with the cost of Medical education and training.

To recoup their costs the medical companies charge more to citizens of the USA than to those abroad.
That's some more bullshit there. Big pharma actually charges the government for research, and those medical devices/medication are CHEAPER when you go abroad.
