I wouldn't call it lack of hierarchy equality. I don't think it's that cut and dry.
I think there will always be some kind of soft hierarchy among humans.
What I specifically mean to break are those hard social hierarchies that define and control us, such as religious and governmental hierarchies.
I'm still generally against them, but as social beings, you will have them based on reproduction alone, if nothing else. (But these are soft, personal hierarchies not encoded in wider society or via laws)

The widespread use of Permaculture and the elimination of lawn grass would offset global warming but then Capitalists couldn't sell you food excess.
