What exactly did you say at SE sokath? And I don't want to offend, but...almost everyone here is socialist. While it is completely ill founded, your everyday westerner is afraid of socialists. Which could mean your more traditional politicals steer away, meaning this could be doomed to the same plight as SE.

I don't know about that. If it were true, why was it that I received such strange looks when I announced I was a communist? If people were socialists underneath that hardened 'I will fit in' exterior, then wouldn't they be tempted to listen to me and, God forbid, possibly even agree?

That said, I had some reasonable results; by the end of last year every last one of my dorm mates had come to agree that it was at least a reasonable system. But that could be from a lack of media exposure. Not too many 5th formers follow politics and current events, so they didn't know of the full extent of the EVILS of communism.
