I, Matthew Proctor, solemnly declare that I am a crazy conspiracy theorist. I will do everything within my power to confuse the people of this world that the Soviet Union dissolved in 1991, that Vladimir Putin is a rather confused Democrat and not a Red under the Bed, and that Poland is voting to join the EU because they see it to be in their best interests.
Seriously, just because the government changed, all nuclear weapons disappear? Although, that would explain the situation in Iraq...
