I'd "rather" there were no "predators" in public.
But there are, and I'm at a loss to come up with a realistic solution for them.
I know they have some sort of psychological issue, and I figure that the availability of this sort of crap would only serve to somehow reinforce the idea that preying on kids sexually might be OK.
