The number of immigrants in the UK in the 60's was small compared to the 2000's, and these were mostly professionals: doctors, teachers and business men. This is not the strata of society which tends to engage in terrorism, in fact they did their best to integrate into our society. It's the second and third generation and the current waves of immigrants which are the issue, not those from the 60's.
