How do you know that he's not already circumcised ? In my country , the United States of America , most men of certain generations , including myself , have commonly been circumcised as infants . Until fairly recently at least it's been routine . Not saying that I necessarily approve of the practice , but as far as I know no country has prohibited the practice . So that's neither here or there . Anyway , as to the veil , I tend to feel that Marjane Satrapi might have made some valid points in her article https://www.theguardian.com/world/2003/dec/12/gender.uk .
