Let me take a stab at written English here while I attack the monolithicness of your opinion.

First of all, "refugees" are, by definition, a problem. They have seen their socities ripped apart, suffered major trauma, and are then relocated to an alienating land. This is very dystopic.

Secondly, not only are foreign "refugees" a stress for rich countries, the presence of foreign "bases" and foreign "corporations" are an equally toxic problem for the countries that our refugees come from.

By putting a Disney happy-face onto recent refugees, you are defending the violent interloping that brought most of them to other countries.
