Seems to be a mixture of staunched supporters and economic achievers. No one young enough to be an heir apparent so Xi is obviously thinking of a few more terms in power.

The fourth guy with the poker face is the economics dude.

The sixth guy who looks like he kills people is likely the party whip. He will probably sort out any potential political rivals by discovering convenient corruption scandals.
